Vestaura Fashion Studio (“Vestaura”, “we”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits vestaurafashion.com or writes to the studio. This notice explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

When you submit the project form we collect your name, company or brand, email address, phone number if provided, project type and project brief. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to plan studio work if we collaborate.

How we use it

Enquiries are sent to hello@vestaurafashion.com. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use the form for unrelated marketing lists. Server logs may record technical details such as IP address for security and hosting operations.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to complete a conversation or project, then archived or deleted according to ordinary studio records practice.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@vestaurafashion.com.
